Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped via Ninja Van Singapore, our trusted logistics partner known for reliable and timely deliveries.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

  • Same-Day or Express Delivery: Please contact the vendor directly

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Attempts

Ninja Van will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If all attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us. A redelivery fee may apply.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time via Ninja Van’s tracking system.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of liquor products, returns are accepted only under these conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or leaking products upon delivery

  • Missing items

Returns for change-of-mind or opened bottles are strictly not accepted.

Reporting Issues

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photo/video of the issue

  • Unboxing proof (for damage claims)

This helps us file a claim with Ninja Van if necessary.

Return Shipping

  • For incorrect or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs.

  • For unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability: Redelivery fees apply.

Refund or Replacement

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Send a replacement OR

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Processing time: 7–14 working days 

Notes for Alcohol Deliveries

  • Recipient must be 18 years old or above.

  • Ninja Van may require verification upon delivery (e.g., NRIC, FIN, or driver's license).

  • If no eligible adult is present, delivery may be rescheduled.
