All orders are shipped via Ninja Van Singapore, our trusted logistics partner known for reliable and timely deliveries.
Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

Same-Day or Express Delivery: Please contact the vendor directly

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Attempts
Ninja Van will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If all attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us. A redelivery fee may apply.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time via Ninja Van’s tracking system.

Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of liquor products, returns are accepted only under these conditions:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged or leaking products upon delivery

Missing items
Returns for change-of-mind or opened bottles are strictly not accepted.
Reporting Issues
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Unboxing proof (for damage claims)
This helps us file a claim with Ninja Van if necessary.
Return Shipping

For incorrect or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs.

For unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability: Redelivery fees apply.
Refund or Replacement
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will:

Send a replacement OR

Issue a refund to your original payment method
Processing time: 7–14 working days
Notes for Alcohol Deliveries

Recipient must be 18 years old or above.

Ninja Van may require verification upon delivery (e.g., NRIC, FIN, or driver's license).

If no eligible adult is present, delivery may be rescheduled.
